Every day we are bombarded with weight loss pills, gadgets, programs all advertising the “Best, New And Easiest Way To Lose Fat Forever”, there are two things that will NEVER change when it comes to fat loss. Two sacred cows that you just can’t get around if you want to create change in your shape. You already know what they are, right – diet and exercise.
It’s not that hard, right? Eat less and move more?
You already know that eating chicken and broccoli is better for you than the number 2 value meal at McDonald’s. So why are so many of us fat? We’re not stupid. We know what we need to do. The problem is it just doesn’t sound like any fun. And life should be fun! Otherwise, what’s the point, right? We get ONE life, let’s make it a GOOD one. It’s time to change our dialogue, time to change how we talk about being healthy. There are many trainers out there that will tell you all the things you can’t or shouldn’t do.
